Wigtown Emporium Returns Policy

We take pride in offering quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to the fragile nature of many of the item we sell we do not accept returns unless the item is demonstrably damaged in transit. 

Before you Buy:

·       Please check carefully the description and images of the item you intend to buy. If you have any questions or require additional photographs or measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us on admin@wigtownemporium.co.uk

Returns Procedure:

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at admin@wigtownemporium.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in, with all original tags and packaging intact if appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Cost of Return:

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected and deemed to qualify for a refund.
  • We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
