Still life composition of Lemons by Phil Gunn

This is a beautiful, vibrant still life composition of lemons on a table by Phil Gunn. Measures 37cm x27cm visible painting and 53.5cm x 43cm framed. The frame is ebonised wood approximately 3.5cm deep. It is not glazed.

Phil attended Portland House Art School at the age of 13, then studied graphics
full time at Stoke-on-Trent College of Art. Phil is based in Langholm, Dumfriesshire.
and is currently a still life and portrait artist. He has shown work in many galleries
in the north of England and Scotland. Phil's still life work shows an interest in light, reflections and distortions of the subject
matter through glass etc. Phil was a contestant in the first episode of Sky Portrait Artist of the Year, filmed in Trafalgar Square London, where he painted the portrait of actor Robert Lindsey.
